Job Description

At A Glance

To provide robust analysis and information supporting all elements of the airline planning cycle, including seasonal pricing, end of season analysis, budgets, 5 year plans, cost per seat and competitor analysis. Take specific responsibility for the co-ordination and communication of internal transfer prices with the tour operator.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsibility for coordination and execution of stages of the airline Pricing cycle
  • Support Aviation planning in ad hoc pricing of additional lease out flying
  • Ensure clarity of information across all stakeholders for all airline planning processes capturing, challenging, validating and incorporating all critical assumptions
  • Improve process/ transparency of CM1/CM2 information (including cost allocation process) across Airline & Tour Operations
  • Manage the interface of seasonal activity (including 3rd party revenue), fleet and Group grid rates with Aviation Planning
  • Manage the interface between Tour Ops and Airline including but not limited to the validation and alignment of capacity and grid rates
  • Provide clear analysis of seat rate costs, analysing variances with explanations against prior seasons, budgets and competitor airlines
  • Organisational effectiveness & cost management challenge processes, structures and business cases to ensure resource allocation is optimised and opportunities identified. Identify & adopt optimal working practices to ensure business needs are met efficiently & effectively.
  • Support decision making process across Airline Planning
  • Consolidate CM1 & IOCs to create Airline CM2
