To provide robust analysis and information supporting all elements of the airline planning cycle, including seasonal pricing, end of season analysis, budgets, 5 year plans, cost per seat and competitor analysis. Take specific responsibility for the co-ordination and communication of internal transfer prices with the tour operator.
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibility for coordination and execution of stages of the airline Pricing cycle
Support Aviation planning in ad hoc pricing of additional lease out flying
Ensure clarity of information across all stakeholders for all airline planning processes capturing, challenging, validating and incorporating all critical assumptions
Improve process/ transparency of CM1/CM2 information (including cost allocation process) across Airline & Tour Operations
Manage the interface of seasonal activity (including 3rd party revenue), fleet and Group grid rates with Aviation Planning
Manage the interface between Tour Ops and Airline including but not limited to the validation and alignment of capacity and grid rates
Provide clear analysis of seat rate costs, analysing variances with explanations against prior seasons, budgets and competitor airlines
Organisational effectiveness & cost management challenge processes, structures and business cases to ensure resource allocation is optimised and opportunities identified. Identify & adopt optimal working practices to ensure business needs are met efficiently & effectively.
Support decision making process across Airline Planning
Consolidate CM1 & IOCs to create Airline CM2
